AFL MEMBERS ASSOCIATION LAUNCHES NEW INTERACTIVE WEB BOARD

Media release 9/2002

June 5, 2002

The AFL Members Association today announces its new Interactive Web Board for AFL Members.

Three years ago the AFL membership department promised an online forum, giving members that chance to present their views to the AFL and receive general feedback and correspondence.

"Despite claiming they want to listen to their members, the AFL still hasn't delivered", said Mr Michael Agrotis, AFLMA President. "So we've stepped in and created a Web Board until such time as the AFL do finally introduce their long-awaited forum for AFL Members."

The AFLMA Web Board contains forums for AFLMA News, Discussion, Q&As and general Footy talk. It is open to any AFL Member and can accessed through the AFL Members Association home page: www.aflma.com.
