Change of AFLMA President
With the passing Jim Brighthope in late 2006 the AFLMA has installed the former Vice President John Papadakos as President. Jenny Bourke who was a committee member of the AFLMA has moved to the position of Vice President.
Committee Positions Available
The AFLMA are seeking additional committee members. The AFLMA meets around
6 times per year and with the AFL membership manager 3-4 times per year.
Input outside of these meetings is minimal.

Passing of Jim Brighthope
On Sunday 26th November, Jim Brighthope lost his battle with cancer. Jim was president of the AFLMA for the last few years. His professionalism and enthusiasm for the AFLMA and AFL football will be greatly missed. He worked hard in the last few years to bring the AFLMA and AFL closer together. This has proved to been a resounding success.
All the committee members pass on their sincere condolences to Jim's family.
To Jim, you were a true blue supporter; we will miss you.
